At North East Heating, we take health and safety very seriously. With the ongoing pandemic we have a responsibility to our members of staff and customers to operate in the safest way possible and to ensure we are always meeting government guidelines.

Our priority is to keep our customers safe while we complete installations and repairs.
We’re asking all our customers to:
1. Before any installation or repair, prepare your home by opening windows and doors to help air circulate and so that our engineers don’t need to touch door handles
2. Maintain a two-metre distance from our engineers whilst they are working and answering any of your questions
3. After our engineers have completed their work and leave your house, disinfect any handrails, newly installed radiators or hot water systems, and any other surfaces our engineers might have come into contact with
4. Let us know if you or another member of your household develop any coronavirus symptoms at any time, both during and after the job’s done
Our ‘heatapp’ also lets you view your energy consumption and spend in any room you choose: great for being ‘green’ and great for keeping an eye on costs! If your home has an internet connection then your ‘heatapp’ system can also work outside your home too, meaning never arriving back to a chilly house ever again!
