No pressure sales technique
I have had my radTherm radiators for five years now. I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent no pressure sales technique. The radiators are a great success, they were fitted in less than two hours by efficient pleasant workmen. My house is warm and cosy and I find them economical, no servicing needed, easy to regulate and whilst my house was empty for four months due to illness the radiators were put on timers, so no worries about frozen pipes. I have no hesitation in recommending North East Heating Solutions.

Warmer and costing us less
We found North East Heating Solutions while looking to replace our storage heaters and after contacting them we received a prompt service despite the restrictions in force at the time. They replaced our old heaters and upgraded our water heating, taking away our old heaters and cleaning up afterwards. From office staff to installers, very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. It is easily controlled and we were given full instruction on how to control it. We are a lot warmer than we were before and is costing us less.

Helpful and efficient service
I have nothing but the highest praise for North East Heating Solutions. They have provided me an extremely helpful and efficient service, from my initial contact with the company through to the actual installation of my new heaters today. Howard has been very kind and supportive throughout the whole process-practical advice as been given where necessary and communication has been excellent. The fitters John & Steve, were also most helpful and worked hard, quickly and yet carefully so disruption was kept to a minimum when the heaters were fitted. THANK YOU to everyone at North East. I will not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

Electricity bills significantly reduced
We are highly delighted with our new electric radiators from North East Heating Solutions, we used to have night storage heaters and the two systems are not even comparable. Our house is now lovely and warm.
The service we have received from the all the team has been brilliant and we are also extremely happy as our electricity bills have significantly reduced since we had our new radiators installed.

First class throughout
The installers were courteous and efficient. On completion they explained how to use and adjust the heater and they left a clean and tidy job. First class.
